Returns & Refunds

Every order leaves our workshop after careful inspection. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or different from what you ordered — we will make it right.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email info@catholic-wholesale.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a short note about the reason. We reply with an RMA number and return instructions within one business day.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and attach a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover the return shipping cost.

Wholesale returns

Wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Defective items are always covered. For change-of-mind returns on larger quantities, please contact us before shipping the goods back so we can agree on terms.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods at our workshop, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is issued in the original currency to the original payment method.
