FAQ
Jewelry & Craftsmanship
Is your Catholic jewelry handmade or machine produced?
Each piece is carefully handmade. We work slowly and intentionally, shaping every item by hand rather than relying on mass production. This allows us to treat every rosary, medal, and bracelet not as a product, but as a small work of devotion.
Where is your jewelry made, and who makes it?
All our jewelry is made in Europe by skilled artisans who share a deep respect for Catholic tradition. Our makers are trained craftsmen who understand both the technical and spiritual weight of the symbols they work with.
What makes your jewelry different from mass-produced religious items?
Mass-produced items are made quickly and anonymously. Our jewelry is made prayerfully, with attention to detail and meaning. Every curve, engraving, and symbol is chosen deliberately, with reverence for the faith it represents.
Are your designs inspired by specific Catholic traditions or saints?
Yes. Our designs draw from Scripture, sacred art, traditional devotions, and the lives of saints. Many pieces are inspired by centuries-old Catholic iconography, reinterpreted with care so they remain faithful to their original meaning.
Do you work with clergy, monasteries, or Catholic artisans?
We maintain close relationships with Catholic artisans and spiritual advisors who help ensure that our designs remain theologically sound and respectful of Church tradition. For more than 15 years, many Catholic churches and sanctuaries themselves have entrusted us as customers, a responsibility we receive with humility and gratitude.
Do churches and sanctuaries use your jewelry?
Yes. For more than 15 years, many Catholic churches, sanctuaries, and devotional places have entrusted us with the creation of rosaries and other devotional jewelry. These pieces are made for prayer, liturgical use, and pilgrimage, and this long-standing trust is something we receive with humility and responsibility.
How long does it take to create one piece of jewelry?
Time varies by design, but we never rush the process. Some pieces take days to complete. We believe sacred objects deserve patience, not shortcuts.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality metals, carefully selected natural stones and glass, as well as traditional materials such as olive wood. Each material is chosen with intention for its durability, beauty, and symbolic meaning. Detailed information about the materials used can be found in the description of each individual piece of jewelry.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade over time?
Natural materials may gently change over time, as all meaningful objects do. With proper care, your jewelry will age gracefully, developing character rather than losing beauty.
How should I care for my Catholic jewelry?
We recommend gentle cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, and storing your jewelry in a dry, respectful place. Treat it as both a personal item and a devotional object.
Are stones or medals ethically sourced?
Yes. We strive to source materials responsibly and ethically, respecting both creation and human dignity.
Religious Authenticity & Meaning
Are your medals and symbols officially recognized by the Catholic Church?
Our designs follow traditional Catholic symbolism and iconography that has been recognized and used by the Church for centuries.
What do the symbols on your jewelry mean?
Each symbol carries theological meaning rooted in Scripture and tradition. We include explanations so the wearer can understand not just what they wear, but why it matters.
Are your rosaries suitable for prayer or mainly decorative?
Our rosaries are made first and foremost for prayer. Beauty serves devotion, not the other way around.
Is your jewelry blessed before shipping?
Some items may be blessed before shipment when possible. Regardless, all jewelry can be blessed by your local priest, which we warmly encourage.
Can the jewelry be blessed by my local priest?
Yes. Our jewelry is fully suitable for blessing according to Catholic practice.
Customization & Personalization
Can I personalize jewelry or request a custom devotional design?
Yes. Personalization allows each piece to become part of your spiritual story. We offer custom prayer cards with names, dates, or short prayers. In addition, many designs can be personalized through the choice of saint medals, beads, or cord colors. We have been creating custom devotional pieces since 2008, including designs made specifically for churches and sacred places, always approached with care, reverence, and respect for Church tradition.
Do you create jewelry for First Communion, Confirmation, or Baptism?
Yes. These sacraments mark sacred milestones, and our jewelry is often chosen to accompany them as lasting reminders of faith.
Can I order bulk or custom pieces for parishes or Catholic groups?
Yes. We work with parishes, religious communities, and Catholic organizations worldwide.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom pieces take longer than standard designs. We will always provide a clear timeframe before beginning the work.
Shipping & International Orders
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We are honored to serve Catholics around the world.
How long does international shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination, and we always provide clear delivery estimates along with tracking information. For orders shipped to the United States, we use UPS, with delivery typically taking around four days after the item has been dispatched.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, customs fees may apply. These are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Which countries do you ship to most often?
We frequently ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and South America, but welcome orders from nearly all countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Orders, Returns & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept direct bank transfers, which allow us to avoid unnecessary intermediary fees and keep our prices as fair and accessible as possible. PayPal payments are also available for those who prefer them, though additional fees may apply due to currency conversion and payment processing charges.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, under reasonable conditions. Custom or personalized items may have certain limitations. If an item is delivered without fault or damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred. We approach every return with fairness and understanding, and we ask the same in return.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue with care and fairness.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If production has not yet begun, changes may be possible. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes. Many customers send our jewelry as gifts, and we treat these orders with special care.
Faith, Ethics & Brand Values
Is your company Catholic-owned or faith-based?
Our work is rooted in Catholic faith and values, guiding how we design, produce, and serve.
Are your products made in an ethical and sustainable way?
Yes. We strive to honor both people and creation in every step of our process.
Why is your jewelry made in Europe rather than outsourced?
Europe holds deep Catholic artistic heritage. We believe this heritage matters and should be preserved.
What inspired you to start making Catholic jewelry?
This work began as an expression of faith, not a trend. Jewelry became our way of giving form to devotion.
