Production & Delivery times

After payment is confirmed, we craft your order in our workshop in Bileća and dispatch by air. Once handed to UPS, delivery to the United States and Europe takes just 3–5 working days.

Production usually takes 1–7 business days. Larger custom orders may extend the production window — we will always confirm the exact lead time with you before processing payment.

Customs & Import duties

Because Bosnia & Herzegovina is outside the European Union and EU customs territory, all international customers — including EU buyers — pay any import duties, import VAT, customs fees, and broker charges applied by their destination country on arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

UPS handles customs clearance and will contact you for any required paperwork and payment of import charges before delivery. EU B2B customers registered for VAT can typically reclaim the import VAT through their normal VAT return — please consult your local tax advisor.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number and live tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation at any time and we will share the latest status.
