Refunds & Returns Policy

1. B2B Sales Only

All sales made through this Website are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

  • We sell exclusively to registered businesses
  • Consumer protection and distance selling laws do not apply
  • There is no automatic right of withdrawal

By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business entity.

2. Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted by default.

A return may be considered only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during transport

All returns require prior written approval from MIRJAM d.o.o.

3. Return Request Procedure

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

5. Condition of Returned Goods

If a return is approved:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Products must be returned in resaleable condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after returned goods are received and inspected.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

8. Shipping Issues & Liability

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • Risk transfers to the buyer
  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are not our responsibility

Shipping is handled by UPS and EuroExpress Bosnia and Herzegovina.
