Pre Sale Questions

The time required for the production of items depends on the size of the order, as well as depending on the necessary customization of the item for each customer. Once you have the list of items and quantities you need, we will provide you with the exact time required for production. Smaller orders are completed within 3-4 days.

All orders are shipped by air via our partner UPS. Delivery takes only 4 working days from Europe to the USA.

The minimum order is $500 without a shipping fee. Any orders below the minimum amount will be declined.

Yes, our experienced team of designers will help you solve any doubts and provide constructive suggestions in order to get the ideal jewelry design.

Yes, we do. Please send your customisation requests to info@catholic-wholesale.com, we will give you our quote. Making a sample and submitting pictures from all angles takes 48 hours at most. Thank you.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

For support and answers to any questions, we are at your disposal through our email and Contact page. We try to respond to all requests within a few hours.

We offer discounts to humanitarian organizations and clients who order large quantities of jewelry over a long period of time. Contact us with an estimate of how much jewelry you need on a monthly/yearly basis and we will do our best to determine a discount to our mutual satisfaction.

Customization options

Our team is in daily contact with all major manufacturers of medals and jewelry in Europe. There is a great chance that we can replicate the design, but we can only be sure when we see what kind of jewelry it is.

We do not charge for the jewelry customization service. The price may vary depending on the medals that are added or removed from the design and the time required for production. It is possible for the customized item to be cheaper or more expensive depending on the way it is made.

We have been producing limited editions for wholesalers across the USA for many years. If the design you need is not already in production for a wholesaler (it is unique), we will be happy to do you a favor and not show it on the website and limit the production just for you.

No, one part of our products are shown on the page. However, the products that are available on the website have been the best-selling products for years. If you need a similar item or a different shade of thread, send us an inquiry and you will receive an answer to your email address very quickly!

Yes, our offer is stable throughout the year. Due to direct contact with the factories, we are able to provide a sufficient number of medals for all our customers. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, our production did not stop.

Customized enamel medals can be ordered and we will put them into production very soon. For gold and silver medals, this process is much longer and depends on the number of medals ordered.

When taking photos, we paid special attention to ensure that the photos faithfully convey what our eyes see. During more than a decade of business, we have had no complaints that the jewelry does not match the one in the picture.
